Diet Ibu Hamil



SARAPAN PAGI
1 gelas jus limau
1 mangkuk amping/amping jagung atau 3 keping roti bijiran penuh dan sedikit majerin
1 biji telur rebus
1 cawan susu

SAMPINGAN PAGI
2 keping biskut digestive/krakermeal
1 cawan teh cair bersusu

MAKAN TENGAHARI
1 mangkuk nasi
4 sudu makan daging/ayam sos tiram berkucai dan tomato
1 mangkuk bayam tumis
1 potong betik

SAMPINGAN PETANG
1 biji jagung rebus
1 cawan susu bercampur sedikit milo

MALAM
1 mangkuk nasi
1 mangkuk ikan rebus ala tomyam atau sup
1 mangkuk taugeh campur tauhu tumis
1 potong tembikai
